Eligible for Full Refund

  • Service cancellation within 24 hours of booking (before sample collection)
  • Technical errors preventing report generation
  • Significant delays in service delivery (beyond 7 business days)
  • Proven service quality issues or inaccurate testing

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Cancellation after sample collection but before laboratory analysis
  • Service downgrade requests
  • Duplicate bookings (refund for duplicate only)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation after report generation and delivery
  • Customer dissatisfaction with soil conditions (natural factors)
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Failure to follow sample collection guidelines
  • Services used for more than 30 days

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Sample Collection

Timeline: Up to 24 hours before scheduled collection

Refund: 100% refund

Process: Instant cancellation through your account or customer support

After Sample Collection

Timeline: Within 48 hours of sample collection

Refund: 70% refund (collection costs deducted)

Process: Contact customer support with valid reason

During Laboratory Analysis

Timeline: While samples are being processed

Refund: 50% refund (processing costs deducted)

Process: Subject to approval and valid justification

After Report Generation

Timeline: After report delivery

Refund: No refund (service completed)

Exception: Technical errors or proven inaccuracies

How to Request a Refund

  2. Navigate to "My Orders" or "Service History"
  3. Select the service you want to cancel/refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide reason
  5. Submit supporting documentation if required

Force Majeure

7. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
  • No refund for current month (service continues until period end)
  • Unused credits carry forward for 30 days

Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Pro-rated refund for unused months (after 30 days)
  • Cancellation fee may apply for early termination
